Audi..BMW..Lexus...or?

I need help choosing a reliable vehicle. First I stand at 6'4 260 lbs. so I obviously need some space LoL. I currently Drive a Suburban but I really do not want another SUV so getting a smaller one is out of the question. I will be buying used and I am looking at Audi who many told me to stay away from, BMW, Lexus, Infiniti and Cadillac. Please, anyone who has experience with these vehicles! Help!!
