How many pounds of weight could a XR650L carry?

I mean without having to rev the engine to much. And also on that bike can you start moving without using the clutch. And also the same questions for this bike: CRF230L. Both honda. And also, can you run these bike in any condition, Like as in during the winter after the roads are plowed, could these bike make it through that with 300 ish on it. Thanxs for the help.
