Is it too late to learn the violin? With no music background. :(

Certainly not, you are only 20...I mean in todays society most would still consider you a baby, not literally...well anyone with a brain will know what I mean. But hey, if you love music and have a sincere interest in the violin then go for it. You'll be surprised at how quick you can learn an instrument.
