Opinion: is about pleasuring yourself, or about pleasuring your partner?

I think it depends on who initiated. The initiator should be the one who ultimately gets pleasured. This would allow a guarantee to the initiator to have a reason to initiate instead of waiting around for their lover to initiate. This rule would end all cowardliness, shyness and uncomfortableness and would set reasonable expectations....
