In my Toyota autobox there is a small red on on the gearshift. Its written in Japanese, i dont understand?

Japanese language. The on is located next to the P-R-N-D-2-L transmission marks. Whats the red on for pls? I know about the other OVERDRIVE on which is at the top. Am refering to one at the base leftside of the gearshift.
