How do I get my car out of a 10 foot snow bank?

My car was parked beside a road while I was out of town and when I returned tonight I found we had received almost 3 feet of snow and the snow plows had plowed it over my car into like a 10 foot drift/pile...now it warmed up and we've had some freezing rain and now it's freezing again....it's like a damn giant ice cube....how the hell do i get my car out....i took my snow shovel out but it didn't do ****....snowed-in in Va.
