I need help coming up with a fundraising idea for cancer!!!?

My friend was doing a fundraiser for a little boy in my town with cancer. She was doing the Inside Ride, but the whole thing fell through and now she feels horrible. I need help coming up with new ideas to raise awarness, perferably something to do with biking, but it doesn't matter. Please try to be creative. Thanx!
