Is one month long enough?

So I've been talking to this girl for one month and we've gone on a date and she's been really busy with bball that we haven't been able to go on a second date yet. She's in my cl and one of my friends overheard her talking to her friends about how she likes me. I already knew that cuz we flirt a lot. I'm a senior and she's a junior in high school. So tomorrow night after her bball game we're going to go out on a date and I was wondering if it's too early to ask her to be my girlfriend? Any thoughts also would be great! Thanks!
