If I am terminated by employer "at will" can I still receive unemployment ebenfits?

I am an "at will" sales employee, if I am terminated by my employer for any reason can i still receive unemployment???? What are the legalities regarding this, I live in Indiana?? Obviously an employer can terminate for "no Cause" do to "at will" contract so how am I protected by law in regard to unemployment benefits?
